Internationalization Strategies:


              ▪Benchmark with other academic institutions with approved International Relations Offices (IROs)

              ▪Propose programs and projects for the establishment of External and International Affairs offices in
              all the cluster campuses

              ▪Strengthen ISU’s presence as an active member of national and international academic
              network, make its presence felt as it integrates into the ASEAN community thereby elevating

              participation of its faculty and students in internationally-acclaimed programs and activities

              ▪Continuously forge MOU and MOA with international academic networks
              ▪Communicate and look for possible international partnerships
              ▪Seek assistance or forge MOA/MOU with LGUs for sponsorship
              ▪Expand the number of international network activities participated and raising the number of

              students participated in international internship programs
              ▪Participate in immersion program of foreign partner academic institutions

              ▪Invite lecturers from foreign academic partners


              ▪Regularly update EIA activities under the ISU website and EIA database to improve its overall

              organizational and operational structure/

              ▪Proposes operational EIA policy/ies to the Board of Regent (BOR) for approval

              ▪Tap alumni assistance for fund augmentation

              Goal Statement


              Our institution is fortunate to have been endowed with vast economic resources, especially land

              assets. These are currently being utilized, under several projects and schemes, mostly agricultural, to
              support our operational and infrastructure expenditures. The University Resource Generation
              and Management Office embarks on income generation projects which are grouped into two: agri-

              based and non-agri based components.
