              Goal Statement


              In the area of governance, the University enjoys a cordial and harmonious relationship with its newly-

              installed, amiable and energetic president. Our operation is being manned by highly-qualified
              personnel and reliable and committed support staff. Both the faculty and staff training programs are
              functional and thoroughly effective. The administration, also provides dependable assistance to

              student development programs.


              The University takes pride as one of the first SUCs in Region 02 that is ISO 9001:2015 certified. All the
              other ISU campuses are very keen and are making headway in their preparations to follow the Main

              Campus lead. Some are already completing requirements to this effect. Our desire and
              commitment as one University is to determinedly improve our organization and our efficiency in as far
              as all processes are concerned.



              Our administration is banking under a distinctive style of leadership marked with integrity,
              goodwill, respect, and harmony to make ISU as one of the leading state universities that adhere to

              good governance. It can be distinguished by its autonomy, independence, stability, and maturity
              in the management of its resources. Observe openness, transparency, and honesty in all its
              processes, transactions and delivery of services.



              It is visionary in its managerial planning and schemes equipped with regular, well-implemented,
              reviewed  and  updated  monitoring  plan  of  campus  programs,  projects  and  activities,
              thereby, positioning the university as a front-runner in good governance, management of resources,
              especially in areas of instruction, research and extension.
