LCD projector, audio speakers, and laptops are the most commonly used equipment
when conducting extension activities. These equipment are very useful, especially when
conducting training and seminars. The university extensionists use projectors for easy
management of presentations. The projector allows the presentation of text, audio, graphics,
or video. The projector is more entertaining for the participants and improves the likelihood
they will comprehend the topic being discussed. Speakers were used every time an activity is
conducted. These aids presentation to be more comprehensible when faced with a large
number of audiences. As one of the most common output devices, speakers is use to
produce audio output that can be heard loudly and clearly by the audience. And portable
laptops are being used to aid in the presentation of technologies that will be imparted to the
target beneficiaries.
