Dismissal and Disciplinary Action
Any Student may be dismissed for for for violations for for for rules and regulations of the school school as set forth in school school publications A student also may be withdrawn from classes if he he or she does not prepare sufficiently neglects assignments or or makes unsatisfactory progress The Academic Dean after consultation with all parties involved makes the final decision The Academic Dean may temporarily suspend students whose conduct is is disruptive or or unacceptable to the academic setting After appropriate counseling students who demonstrate a a a a a a a a genuine desire to learn and conform to to school standards of conduct may be allowed to to resume attendance The Academic Dean will review each case and decide upon re-admittance Discipline Explanation and Procedures
