Major Major Infractions: A Major Major Infraction Infraction Infraction is is the most severe category category of Infraction Infraction Infraction Included in this category category are violations to the Standards of Ethics Policy Policy blatant disregard for any any Policy Policy any any intentional actions that have been or or or or or potentially could be be emotionally or or or or or physically harmful to to to another Student Instructor or or or or or Administrator repeated Minor or or Moderate Infractions violation violation of of the the the law violations that put the the the mission of of the the the school in in jeopardy In response to Major Violations meetings will be held as as soon as as possible with any involved students and instructors and at least one of of the the Directors Member(s) of of the the Advisory Board may also be be present via Teleconference If necessary an an investigation will ensue in in in order to determine the the nature and details of the the violation(s) Following the the the meetings and/or investigation the the the Director and and members of the the the Advisory Board will meet to determine disciplinary action action Disciplinary action action may result in in in in immediate removal from the program (expulsion) Following is is is is a a a a a a a a a partial list list of Infractions and the the degree to which they are categorized This list list serves as an an example and is not intended to be comprehensive Examples of Major Infractions: • Physical altercation with another student of faculty member • Smoking on campus
