               This  section,  is  looking  at  an  exemplar  that  highlights  how  an  ecosystem  can  re-

               imagine one aspect of teaching can take place in a blended environment. Therefore,

               the focus  is on  the  technology  used and  the pedagogical  approach  by teachers to
               improve student’s literacy skills in using the LMS as well as improving the learning and

               engagement process of students.

               On the aspect of pedagogy, during blended learning there is much shift of focus from

               lecture methods to a more facilitating role for the teachers. When technology is used

               and  integrated  during  the  face  to  face  method  it  is  best  when  teachers  exactly
               understand what approach to use during such scenario.

               Conclusion


               In an ecosystem teacher, school managers, policymakers, professional development,
               and various educational stakeholders need to realise that the education spectrum is

               changing and need to refocus as to what are the outcomes at each institution. It is time

               to  embrace  change  and  collaborate  on  resources  that  will  meet  students’  needs
               beyond the classroom setting. Therefore, planning together and obtain the necessary

               tools to make it easy for students to access the relevant materials and assistance to
               achieve their dreams.
