       About the Author
                     Christine Teeney currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Lower Cape
                     May Regional School District. Her experience includes an educational journey from a teacher’s aide, to
                     a classroom teacher, an instructional coach, and a supervisor prior to her recent assignment. She has
                     a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from Rutgers University as well as a Master of Arts
                     in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Christine is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in
                     Organizational Leadership from Stockton University.
