       About the Author

                     Dr. Gary Snyder, a former New Jersey high school principal, is active serving aspiring school leaders
                     as an Instructor and E-Mentor in the NJEXCEL program. He is also Adjunct Faculty in Educational
                     Leadership graduate programs. Dr. Snyder has recently presented his research on school designs at
                     the Conference for Academic Research in Education and his work is accepted for presentation at the
                     International Conference on Design Principles & Practices.
