On March 23, within a week of schools being forced to close, our office, The Office
of Curriculum and Instruction, also referred to as the Northern Valley Curriculum

Center, came together to create a NEW Online Learning Support Website. This web-
site is inclusive of many resources, however, we are most proud of the daily live PD that
we bring teachers. We create a new schedule every week, responding to their most ur-

gent needs. We truly believe the platform we were able to create, that brought an ability
for us to connect as educators, colleagues, and friends during these socially distanced

times has made all the difference!

Our Online Learning Support website is packed with resources for learning in an online
environment, including:

• #MondayMotivation videos to staff with the theme #strongertogether

• a newly added Assessment & Instruction page!

• ever-evolving professional learning sessions, including informal drop-in sessions to
ask questions and exchange ideas

• weekly newsletter updates via NVCC Connections newsletter

• curated resources/tools to aid in online lessons and assessments

• how-to-videos for various technologies

• and... contacts for quick assistance on various topics
