Side effects/precautions:

Gastrointestinal issues, Hypersensitivity reactions, haemolytic anaemia, scaly rashes

Interactions:
Probenecid, oral contraceptives

Reasons for interactions:

Probenecid decreases the renal tubular secretion of flucloxacillin. Concurrent use with flucloxacillin
may result in increased and prolonged blood levels of flucloxacillin.

Flucloxacillin may reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives
