2014 NEW JERSEY STATE GOVERNOR’S JEFFERSON AWARDS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE CORPORATE LEADERSHIP AWARD – This award
recognized DCH’s activism and efforts to curb dangerous driving among teen drivers. It is awarded to corporate entities that demonstrate
social responsibility, set an example, and provide opportunities for employees to engage in volunteer efforts through extraordinary and
consistent support of charitable causes.

STUDENT SAFETY MONTH, JUNE 2014 – A proclamation made by the City of Tustin, CA, recognizing the work of DCH Tustin Acura and
the DCH Auto Group Charitable Foundation to educate teens about safe driving.

GREATER MONMOUTH COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 2014 CHAIRMAN’S AWARD HONOREE ROY BAVARO – Executive Direc-
tor Roy Bavaro was honored for his work within Monmouth County to educate teens about safe driving.

NEW JERSEY TEEN SAFE DRIVING COALITION 2014 GDL CHAMPION – This award was presented to DCH’s New Jersey SADD program
state coordinator Pamela Clark for her work to educate teens about the tenets of Graduated Driver’s License Laws in New Jersey.

2014 CIVIC LEARNING AWARD FOR CALIFORNIA PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS: CHAPARRAL HIGH SCHOOL – Chaparral High School was
one of thirteen high schools recognized statewide, and the only one in Riverside County to receive a California Civic Learning Award for its
civics program and work with SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions). Chaparral High School’s SADD chapter is sponsored by DCH
Honda of Temecula.

2014 SADD NATIONAL FACULTY ADVISOR OF THE YEAR, 2ND PLACE: LISA BALKA, GREAT OAK HIGH SCHOOL – This award is
presented to the SADD chapter advisor who best exemplifies the mission of SADD and who is determined to be the best motivator of
students. Great Oak High School’s SADD chapter is sponsored by DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Temecula.

2014 COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF NEW JERSEY INNOVATION AWARD – DCH was recognized for its innovative
approach to educating teens about dangerous driving behaviors and its unique partnerships with non-profit organizations, safe driving
coalitions, and education institutions.

MARLBORO TOWNSHIP ALLIANCE FOR THE PREVENTION OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE 2013 BARBARA LIEBER MEMORIAL AWARD
– This award was presented to Executive Director Roy Bavaro for his efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of drunk or drugged
driving.

2013 SADD ACTIVITY OF THE YEAR, 2ND PLACE: CHAPARRAL HIGH SCHOOL – This award is presented to SADD chapters who hold
the activity that best exemplifies SADD’s idea of a successful chapter activity. Chaparral High School’s SADD chapter is sponsored by DCH
Honda of Temecula.

BRAIN INJURY ALLIANCE OF NEW JERSEY 2013 GALA LEADERSHIP AWARD – Executive Director Roy Bavaro was honored for his work
to educate teens about safe driving.

saving lives and preventing auto-related tragedies.

THE GOVERNORS HIGHWAY SAFETY ASSOCIATION 2010 PETER K. O’ROURKE SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD FOR NOTABLE
ACHIEVEMENTS IN HIGHWAY SAFETY – This award was presented to DCH Auto Group for its commitment to teen safe driving and its
innovative partnership with SADD.
2010 SADD OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION AWARD – This award is given to an individual or group who has made a contribution that
stands out in size, creativity, sacrifice, or commitment to SADD or to the themes of SADD.
