    • Montgomery glands secrete microscopic fluid that smells
       exactly like amniotic fluid

       both parents

    • Perfect vision at distance between breast and baby
    • They know your voices and want to see your faces for the
       first time - baby will lift their head to see you when they

    • Breasts warm up 2 degrees hotter than the rest of your
       body to prepare for baby to feed
    • If not possible to feed for medical reasons then pump
       and do it as soon as you can.

    • You can hold off on weight and measurements if there is
       no urgent medical issue. No confrontation needed just
       “no thanks”.
    • When is baby ready? Lip smacking tongue thrusting
       hands to mouth. You should try to read the signs and
       offer feeding before baby cries.
