                                You can  use -'s without a noun after it:

                                       0  'Whose umbrella is  this?'  ' 'It's my mother's.'  (= my mother's umbrella)

                                       0  You can sit in the back ofthe car.

                                       0  Madrid is  th e capital of Spain.
