 3. Stay away from any areas that contain junk food- especially when you are hungry .The cookie tin, bakeries, fast food places. Do NOT buy or keep ANYTHING that stands in the way of you and your goals in the next 90 days. If you do not keep it around then you CANNOT eat it
4. You can eat anything AS LONG as it was once alive ( animal or plant )
I do not prescribe diets as I do not believe in sticking to certain meal types - I do not believe this to be a sustainable way to eat in the long run . Its much better for you to simply eat naturally at this beginning stage of weight loss- natural foods fill you up and give you vital nutrients as nourishment, they provide water and fibre which help flush toxins out of the body, keep you full and also keep you going between meals.
Any diet works in the short term BUT the key is sticking to it. CONSISTENCY . If you follow this plan exactly you WILL lose weight so trust in the process. We are going to radically change your habits and choices to ensure that from now on you make THE BEST DECISIONS that help you get towards your goals not stoping you from reaching your goals
This plan will not only get rid of belly fat but it will also make you so much healthier. As we age there is no reason to rely on prescription drugs, lose mobility and have our health deteriorate. The way you look and feel is down to good nutrition, great choices and daily exercise.

CLEAN UP YOUR SPACE
1. Only have foods around you that support your goals
2. Stay hydrated - drink water when you feel hungry - most of the time between meals we reach for food when really we are dehydrated. Do NOT mistake hunger for THIRST.
3. Do not eat processed carbohydrates : ( including )
Flour , pasta, bread, white potatoes, rice etc these all raise your insulin levels and cause you to store fat and ALL of them have very little nutrient density- so WHY would you eat them ?
