STARTING WITH A DETOX
Day 1 and 2 :
We can sometimes be prevented from losing weight because of all the toxins built up in our bodies from poor food choices, chemicals , additives etc. So I like to detox my body fully first
Do this over a weekend at the start of your programme. You will feel tired and likely sleep a lot but that’s good . WARNING : You should also run to the toilet a lot - this is like colonic irrigation - it clears your system out. DO NOT DO THIS AT WORK.
FIRST THING IN THE MORNING : Use high dose magnesium , EPSOM SALTS work really well ( make sure they are suitable for drinking and not bath salts !)
Adults are usually advised to take 2–6 teaspoons (10–30 grams) of Epsom salt at a time, dissolved in at least 8 ounces (237 ml) of water and consumed immediately. You can expect a laxative effect in 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Instructions:
Drink as prescribed above
Have some freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice to shoot afterwards.
The drink 3 litres of water through out the day
BE PREPARED TO KEEP RUNNING TO THE LOO until your liver is fully detoxed and you have expelled everything ( out of your backside - which may get sore form wiping - buy soft toilet roll !)
Prepare some vegetable broth .
Take 1kg of all the vegetables you like except potatoes and gently simmer in some water until soft . Toss the vegetables away and keep the vegetable broth.
Drink a big bowl of this broth first thing in the morning, lunch time and then in the evening Allow 3 hours before bed
Repeat this vegetable broth the following day
NO OTHER FOOD is allowed and no solids - this gives your digestive system a complete break
