AN EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL DAY :
Wake up drink 1 pint of water , black coffee or black , green tea which help to burn more brown fat ! Enhances exercise performance.
Some kind of fasted exercise like Power walk with ankle weights OR do a programme 20-40 minutes
Cold shower ( enhance fat burning )
Breakfast : seed mix with half an avocado and a big pile of mixed green leaves and herbs. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sea lat and pepper. Black coffee
Wait 5 hours
Lunch : palm of protein ( salmon, trout, chicken breast, beef fillet etc ) 1/2 apple WORKOUT PROGRAMME if you have not already done it
5 hours after lunch : Dinner
Lentil soup made with chicken broth - toss in spinach and other greens
Evening power walk 20 minutes
Bed 3 hours or more post dinner. No bright artificial light - including from computer, iPad or phone. Dim home lighting.
