IDEAS FOR BREAKFAST.... Sunflower and almond mandelade
Almonds & Sunflower seeds ( optional add 1 tsp cinnamon )
Soak over night 4 tsp almonds and the remaining in sunflower seeds. Drain off the next morning, eat one tsp (to adhere to protein rule!) and mash / grind the rest. You may wish to process the mix with your fruit portion, otherwise add the fruit later. Mandelade is delicious eaten with grated apple. A pinch of cinnamon adds more taste!
1/2 avocado or 1 cup berries or an apple chopped with 1 tsp cinnamon
Seed mix
You may enjoy your seed mix, raw or prepared as follows:
Soak the seeds over night in little water, eat one tsp (to adhere to protein rule) and mix the rest with your vegetables/fruit allowance.
Process/mash soaked seeds into a paste and use as a nut butter to enjoy on celery, carrot or cucumber slices .OR Allow the seeds to sprout ( See sprouting guide ) and then mix with your veg.
Sprinkle seeds over the vegetables and bake or grill.
Eat with 1/2 avocado, chopped basil, cilantro / coriander and parsley
Or Fresh salad leaves , mixed herbs and griddled veggies ( mushrooms / asparagus / aubergines / peppers / capsicum
