Vegetables
I recommend eating vegetables raw as much as possible - when cooked,: preferably, firm to the bite (al-dente) . Unless in a soup .Keep chopped veggies in the fridge in sealed containers
Meat on the bone
Buy a whole chicken put in slow cooker- take off all the meat , put bones back in to make stock for soups and stews. Leg of Lamb etc
Eggs
Soft boil eggs for salads and packed lunches
