  EATING RULES :
1. 2 day liver cleanse , detox, liquid vegetable broth water 3 times a day . 2. Leave 5 hours between meals
3. Finish your last meal no later than 19.00 and minimum 3 hours before bed . This is the most important rule of all !! The earlier you can train yourself to eat the better. You will sleep better and you WILL LOOSE WEIGHT !!!
4. Leave 2 hours s after waking to eat breakfast when you can ( circadian clock ) - try to do some form of exercise first ( quick walk )
For example wake : 06.30 , 10-45 minute walk , 08.30 Breakfast ( 5 hour fast )
13.30 Lunch ( 5 hour fast )
18.30 Dinner ( 21.30 bed 5. First 2 weeks no alcohol - stick to the plan.
6. Substitute 2 eggs for the protein at lunch or dinner
7. Week 3 : You may have 1 cheat MEAL not the whole day ( including alcohol - if you do not drink any alcohol during the 90 days your results will be EVEN BETTER )
8. Start and end the meal with 1 bite of protein ( this lessens the GI impact of your food ) 9. Eat SLOWLY but take NO LONGER than 1 hour hour to finish your food
10. Be the last person to finish your plate.
11. Practice leaving food
12. If you are not hungry do not eat .
