Saturday : workout
Sunday : Rest : active recovery, do your stretches, foam rolling

Watch your eating on this day as it is a low activity day.
*Your carbs - therefore your fruit is reduced to one apple with a meal.
Refresh enjoy relax and hang out with family and friends. Get ready to kick butt tomorrow .
