But Billie was stronger.
She used her 60-Second Stress Buster. She
reminded herself of her goals. She was happy with the
feeling of accomplishment when she actually made
progress on her project.
Slowly, gradually, she started to reclaim her time.
She discovered the power of time blocking. She
scheduled specific blocks of time for specific tasks.
And she treated those blocks as sacred.
She learned to say "no" to distractions. To protect
her time like a precious resource.
The results were dramatic.
Her stress levels decreased. Her productivity
soared. She had more time for work, for her friends,
for herself.
She started to feel… lighter. More in control. More
alive.
The Time Bandit was exposed. Its power was
diminished.
Billie had won a major victory in the war against
stress.
She had reclaimed her time. And she was ready to
use it wisely.
