LESS STRESS: MORE “YES”
She drank more water. She carried a reusable
water bottle with her everywhere she went. She
noticed that she felt more energized and less prone to
headaches.
She practiced mindful eating. She turned off her
phone during meals. She sensed the taste, smell, and
texture of her food. She found that she ate less and
enjoyed her meals more.
She reduced her sugar intake. She switched to
natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup. She
started reading food labels, becoming more aware of
hidden sugars.
She minimized her consumption of processed
foods. She started making her own salad dressings,
snacks, and sauces. She discovered that whole,
unprocessed foods tasted better and made her feel
better.
Slowly, gradually, something amazing happened.
Her energy levels stabilized. She no longer
experienced the afternoon slump or the late-night
cravings.
Her mood improved. She felt more balanced, more
even-keeled, less prone to irritability and anxiety.
