pounding the treadmill, lifting weights, or slogging
through a grueling spin class filled her with dread.
She wasn't a gym person. She wasn't an athlete.
She wasn't even particularly… coordinated.
But she was starting to feel the effects of her
sedentary lifestyle. Stiffness. Aches. Low energy. And
a general feeling of being… disconnected from her
body.
