The Town of Deering Planning Board will hold a public hearing on
November 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Deering Town Hall, 762 Deering
Center Road, in accordance of RSA 676:4 for the following:
Name of Applicant: Tyler Robison and Sarah Fillion Address: 129 Sky
Farm Road, Tax Map and Lot: 245-03, 246-07, Case: 2018-008
Description of Proposal: Lot line adjustments to Tax Map 245-03 and
246-07. The proposal draws a new line across 246-07 reducing it from
44.85 acres to 11.89 acres. It eliminates the property line between 245-
03 and 246-07 and assigns the remaining 32.96 acres of 246-07 to 245-
03, leaving 245-03 with a total of 43.68 acres. No new lots are created.
If the Board does not make a decision at this public hearing, the ap-
plication will remain on the Board’s agenda until it makes a fi nal decision
on the proposal.
Copies of the application can be viewed at the Deering Town Hall.
Written comments may be submitted to the Deering Planning Board
