TREATS!

 FRIED

 PICKLE

 DIP

 BY KATHRYN DONANGELO, LAS PALMAS

This Fried Pickle Dip will knock your socks off! Your first bite
is like an explosion of fried pickles but with a creamy base and
crunchy texture from the chopped pickles and toasted panko
breadcrumbs. I make it with just the right amount of tanginess,
so it’s perfect for serving as an appetizer for parties, potlucks, or
Father’s Day - whenever you’re in the mood for fried pickles!
The dip doesn’t contain anything fried, unlike real fried pickles,
and it can be made in less than 20 minutes. Trust me, you’ll want
to serve it for just about any occasion. Enjoy!
