                                                                                             Sampling

The researcher has used a survey and interview method. Proper data can be
gained by the interview sessions. Therefore, probability sampling has been used in
interviews (Tarhini et al., 2016). On the other hand, respondents can give false
answers asked in the surveys. Due to this reason, nonprobability sampling has been
used in conducting surveys. 50 learners and 5 trainers have been selected from five
different institutions. Surveys have been conducted for the learners and interviews
have been used for the trainers. The researcher has made a questionnaire for the
survey where 10 closeended questions have been asked to the respondents (Kintu et
al., 2017). On the other hand, 3 openended questions have been asked to the selected
trainers in the interview sessions.

                                                                           Data Analysis Process

Two types of data analysis processes have been used in this research paper.
Quantitative analysis has been done on the numeric data collected from surveys. On
the other hand, qualitative analysis has been done for nonnumeric data gathered from
interview sessions. The outcome of qualitative analysis, as well as
quantitative analysis, have been documented in MS Word format.

                                                                           Ethical Consideration

While conducting research, it is very essential to adapt to the ethical norms
required in research. The researcher throughout the research has obeyed Data
Protection Act 1998. The privacy and confidentiality of the participants have been
maintained properly during and after the research (Alexander et al., 2015). The
participants have not forced to be involved in the surveys and interviews and they
have the chance not to participate in the surveys or the interview sessions at any point
in time.
