This study validates the updated D&M IS model in the context of using cloud
computinginthelearningprocess Findingsfromthisstudygivecredencetothemodel s

satisfactionwithusingcloudcomputing Anotherimportantfindingfromthisstudywas

This result has shown that the provision of reliable support services will enable users to
use the system morefrequently Institutionsshouldusevarioussupportmechanisms,
such as training sessions, hotlines, and a help desk, in order to maximize cloud computing

The current study showed that the D&M DeLone & McLean, can be
used as a descriptive tool when evaluating a cloud computing environment The six
dimensions offer possibilities to explore and describe the environment from several
