collected data from the survey has demonstrated the fact that most of the learners
have strongly agreed that the presence of trainers is very significant in the e-learning
process.

As per the survey, 19 out of 50 respondents have strongly agreed that training
must be given to the trainers who are associated with the e-learning program. 17
have agreed with the statement 10 learners have chosen the neutral option and 4
have disagreed(De Freitas et al., 2015). Therefore, from the collected data, it is very
clear that the learners have strongly agreed with the fact that more training must be
needed for the trainers who help learners in the e-learning process.
