and one learner has disagreed with the use of audiovisuals by the trainers in e-
learning(Harandi, 2015). The data analysis has shown that most of the participants
have shown their interest in the use of audiovisuals, videos, animation in the e-
learning program.
Qualitative data analysis
In this part of the research paper, the qualitative data gathered from interview
sessions have been analyzed.
What are the ways that can be used in the e-learning program to make it more
beneficial for the learners?
Three trainers from three different institutions have been chosen for interview
sessions. The first interviewee has focused on the delivery of the teaching provided by
trainers. As per his perspective, the trainers must emphasize on the method of
delivering teaching methods to make e-learning attractive to the learners(Ma'arop and
Embi, 2016). On the other hand, the second interviewee has shed light on the
development of the courses in e-learning to make it beneficial for the learners. The
third interviewee has agreed with the first interviewee and he has highlighted the
delivery of teaching methods.
What tools can be incorporated in the e-learning process to draw the attention
of the learners?
It is another important aspect of the e-learning process. The first interviewee
has opined that videos can be the most useful tool that can be incorporated in the e-
learning program. Videos can draw the attention of learners and can help them
remember their lessons. Apart from that, the audio makes the study easier to
remember their studies. On the other hand, the second interviewee has provided a
different opinion(Elliott et al., 2015). According to him, animations can be more
beneficial for learners. The third interviewee has supported the statement of the first
interviewee.
How will the e-learning program help learners to understand their lessons?
The first interviewee has emphasized on the working students. According to
this interviewee, e-learning help students learn their lessons and develop their
knowledge. It also supports those students who are engaged in different work and
continue their studies simultaneously. The second interviewee has stated that e-
learning helps to manage the time. Students can take their lessons at any point in time.
The third interviewee has opined that e-learning can be highly beneficial for blind
students too. The audio of the lessons can help them take their lessons without any
problem.
