84 Conclusion
The research paper is based on "Training Instructors to Apply the Quality
Standards of Programs and E-learning Courses". After giving a brief introduction to the
instructors and their role in the e-learning system, the literature review has been done
on the processes that can be used to make e-learning interesting to the learners
irrespective of their ages. The literature review has demonstrated that the mentioned
techniques of e-learning can make improvements in the quality of the e-learning
system. The methodology and data analysis have also been done in this paper to
demonstrate the perspectives of the learners as well as instructors. Thus, the research
paper will help to understand the readers the importance of e-learning and the
techniques that can be applied to improve the entire system.
