Appendix U – ADK University 2020 sessions plan
ADK University 2020 Sessions
Using the ADK Member Satisfaction Survey data and results as a diagnosis tool, CLI
will apply the content of the survey categories, statements, and open-ended responses on
the next ADK University sessions.
To fulfill six sessions, two of the categories would be combined. Most likely categories
four and five, due to the similarities on their contents. Coincidently, these two categories
display the lowest satisfaction numbers on members’ opinion. Categories two and three
could also be combined if more time should be dedicated to the ones mentioned before.
ADK Member Satisfaction Survey categories:
1. Members’ current roles and responsibilities based on their job descriptions, routine at
work, and workload;
2. Direct or indirect team members’ performance;
3. Support and relationship with other members of the same team as well as other
teams’;
4. Resources currently offered by ADK to facilitate members’ daily assignments, such as
tools, equipment, and work conditions;
5. Professional development at ADK, including career training and development, as well
as opportunities for promotion;
6. Working at ADK when compared to other restoration companies;
7. Customers’ expectations.
