Categories’ Statements and Open-Ended Responses:
The statements and open-ended responses will be analyzed and used for diagnosis
and training purposes. Recommendations mentioned on the Survey Report will also be taken
into consideration.
Category Comparison & ADK University Chronogram:
As presented on ADK Member Satisfaction Survey Report, the figure (figure 22) below
shows the categories’ satisfaction means scores from lowest to highest. The raking among all
seven categories will establish the sessions sequence.
