o MC shall permit inspection on any bills, invoices,
vouchers, receipts or other documents referred
to under para. 1 at any reasonable time
• by any representative appointed at the
request of not less than 5% of the owners; or
• By any person (incl owner) authorized by the
court (para. 1A & 1B)
o The court will make order of inspection only if
• The application is made in good faith 真誠
• The inspection applied for is for a proper
