 55 owners appointed the applicants for an inspection under para. 1A,

Sch 6 for the following docs

 Financial statements, auditor’s report, income and expenditure

statement, books and records of account since 4/2014 and all bills,
invoices, voucher, receipt and other dos referred to in the above

accounting books or records

 Applicants wanted to carry out blanket check as to whether there are

improprieties in the operation of the IO, esp the expenditure in re the

major renovation and that the reason of why there was persistent

deficit existed in the general fund account
