DAY THREE: The students visited Parliament House, the Australian War Memorial, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
DAY FOUR: The final day of the camp included visits to:
• The High Court of Australia
• Questacon - National Science and Technology Centre
• The Royal Australian Mint
Overall, the students had a greatly enriched learning experience about our democracy that can only be fully appreciated through the exposure that a trip to Canberra provides. Many thanks go to the teachers who accompanied the students and made this trip possible.
