Secondary Outdoor Ed Camp
Ral Ral Creek, Renmark
On Wednesday 14th June, our Year 10 and
11 Outdoor Ed students set off for their three day kayaking adventure near Renmark, along Ral Ral Creek. The group embarked on a 28km trip taking in the sights and developing their kayaking, camping and navigation skills along the way. Thankfully the weather was perfect and everyone stayed dry, making it a camp to remember!
Estia, Kadina
Maypole and Furry Dance
On Thursday 15th June, students from the Harvest Kernewek Dance Squad visited ESTIA Health in Kadina, to dance the Maypole and Furry dances for the residents. They had a great time with another chance to dance, as well as an opportunity to meet
people personally and discuss some of the things they have
been working on at school. Harvest would like to thank the
staff at ESTIA Health for all their effort in keeping the residents comfortable and warm, and organising the time for our students to perform. We also thank the residents themselves, as it was quite chilly for some of them, and they braved the cold to be an audience for the girls.
