NETBALL
On Friday 16th June, the Statewide Secondary Netball Carnival was held at the Copper Coast Sport & Leisure Centre. Well done to the Harvest girls who were selected for the Yorke Peninsula team. It was a great day of competition and they won a few games as well!
L-R: Cailey Papworth, Amelia Bugg, Isobel Wibrow- Yelland, Eva Harris, Chloe Formosa
VOLLEYBALL
On Wednesday 14th June, a team made up of Year 8, 9 and 10 girls travelled to ‘The Lights’ to compete in the SACSA 9/10 Girls Volleyball Carnival. Team Captain, Sara Merlano, led the team beautifully, taking time out to work individually with the girls on specific techniques and skills in the game. Everyone tried their best in all games, coming away with a win and a whole lot of fun and new experiences.
FOOTBALL
On Wednesday 21st June, the Year 7-9 girls’ knockout footy was held in Maitland. Congratulations to Cailey Papworth and Amelia
Bugg for representing the YP Zone team. Although the conditions were challenging, the girls won their game and will now go through to the next round.
Good luck girls!
