WEEKLY OPEN HOUSE OPPORTUNITIES

INFORMATION:

Please read the information below on how to host an open house.

TO DO CHECKLIST:
Tuesday you will receive an email blast about open house opportunities to host. Majority of these
listings are Perries' and will be on Saturday and Sunday, generally 1pm-4pm.

If hosts are desired for a personal listing within the Redlands/Yucaipa area, please notify your Real
Estate Assistant at the Redlands (Olive) office by Monday so that it may be listed as available in the
group email. Signs will e put up for Perrie's listings.

For personal listings within the Redlands/Yucaipa area, please notify the Real Estate Assistant at the
Redlands (Olive) office by Tuesday if signs are desired.

An Open House packet will also be created for you which will include, MLS printout, property profile,
TDS & SPQ if applicable. Flyers, guest log, notepads, pens, combos or instructions of how to access the
property will also be included (for Perrie's listings).

If an Open House packet containing the materials stated above is desired for a personal listing within
Redlands/Yucaipa area, please notify Real Estate Assistant at the Redlands (Olive) office by Tuesday.
For Flyers, please send original photos. Photos cannot be pulled from the MLS and may not contain
watermarks.

If you have no experience hosting an open house, you will need to partner with another agent.

PACKETS WILL BE PICKED UP AT THE REDLANDS OFFICE AND RETURNED AT THE
REDLANDS OFFICE. PACKETS MUST BE RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

If you have a personal listing outside the Redlands/Yucaipa area, please contact your branch office
manager for these services/materials.
