herds of cattle are perplexed, because they

have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are

made desolate.” Habakkuk says that “The fig

tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in

the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and

the fields shall yield no meat; the flocks shall

be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no

herd in the stalls.” “The heaven over you is

stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from

her fruit.”
