whole treasury of heaven is open to you. Your

heavenly Father collected the riches of the

universe and laid open the resources of

infinite power and placed them into the hands

of His Son and says, “All these are for man. Use

these gifts to convince him that there is no

love greater than Mine in earth or heaven. Let

him know that his greatest happiness will be

found in loving Me” {cf. DA 57}.

Thought Questions:

In giving us the gift of Christ for our

redemption, the Father’s heart of love is

revealed. Are there times in your life when

you have been assured of Christ’s love for you,

and yet felt that your heavenly Father had a

different attitude towards you?

Jesus’ life, from the manger to the cross, was a

call to self-surrender. Are there challenges

that you face today which hinders the call to

your surrender of all?
