things to come, 39 or heights or depths, or

anything else. Nothing can drive a wedge

between us and God’s love as seen in Jesus

Christ our Lord.

The eighth chapter of Romans speaks of the

experience the true, born-again, mature

Christian must have. There is a need of a

constant growth in grace and in a knowledge

of the truth, striving with all your God-given

power to reach the measure of the stature of

men and women in Christ Jesus. Daily prayer

for fresh supplies of grace that you might

reach higher and still higher toward

perfection is necessary. Under the Holy

Spirit’s working even the weakest, by

exercising faith in God, learn to improve their

entrusted powers and become sanctified,

refined, and ennobled. As you humbly

submit yourself to the molding influence of

the Holy Spirit, you will receive the fullness of

the Godhead and be fashioned in the likeness

of the divine.
