                                                                               Drum in February hosted by Fort Drum’s
                                                                               Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to
                                                                               showcase the Land Surveying Profession. TAP
                                                               provides information and training to ensure transitioning soldiers,
                                                               Department of the Army (DA) civilians, retirees, soldiers’ family
                                                               members and caregivers are prepared for their next step in life –
                                                               whether pursuing additional education, finding a job in the public
                                                               or private sector, or starting their own business. The event hosted
                                                               over 200 participants, including service members, family members,
                                                               and veterans, and more than 70 employers in attendance.

                                                                                  some of their staff surveyors and the
                                                                                  important work they’re doing every day.
