Data Center Redevelopment
IMC is currently working with Vanguard to renovate various areas in an existing occupied space while
keeping their data center operational. Renovations include the main entrance and lobby, open office
space, wellness center, raised floor data center, conference center, restrooms, mail room, command
center and warehouse. IMC is performing the work in phases and at night to keep the facility operational.
