Corporate Headquarters
IMC served as the construction manager for the recladding, expansion and interior fitout to create a new
corporate headquarters for Sunoco on the Ellis Preserve campus in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The
project included a 20,000-square-foot addition and a 240,000-square-foot renovation. The exterior facade
was reclad with a “piano key” curtainwall and over 3,000 linear feet of interior glass partitions and over
50,000 square feet of floating ceiling clouds.
