Located in the Atwater Corporate Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania, IMC served as construction manager
of the new 45,000-square-foot, two-story, Class A corporate office. The new office building is a state-of-
the-art facility including a two-story lobby, extensive glass and daylighting, 10-foot ceilings, open offices,
cafeteria, conference rooms, executive boardroom, and training facilities. Employees enjoy a patio and
open space with direct access to trails, views of the 70-acre lake, and protected woodlands.
