Commercial Office Building Fitout
Comcast purchased an outdated commercial office building to consolidate their Mid-Atlantic Spotlight
division into one location. IMC worked with Comcast throughout the search process and performed
site analysis and extensive due diligence to assist with site selection. IMC then served as Construction
Manager for the interior renovations of approximately 145,000 square feet. Comcast employees enjoy an
onsite cafeteria, conference center, fitness center, and bocce court.
