Corporate Headquarters and Operation Center
This 80,000-square-foot, LEED Silver, contemporary building serves as the corporate headquarters for
South Jersey Federal Credit Union. IMC was the general contractor for the new construction as well as
the renovation to their adjacent, existing operations center. LEED features included reflecting roof, high
efficiency HVAC, enhanced commissioning, priority parking for low emitting and carpool vehicles, water
efficiency, construction waste management plan, an internal air quality plan, along with 90% of the space
which has views of the outdoors.
