Literary Club

From the Twist of the Tongue to the
Twist of the Pen, language is a rather
complicated subject to master. It
takes creativity, hard work and a

close to being good at it. When it
comes to conquering the language, no one is perfect; but some, a chosen few, come close to being so.
Our school’s literary club, headed by our English Head of the Department Mrs. Piyali Mukherjee and with
the help of the subtle guidance of our extraordinary Principal Mrs. Rakhi Bannerjee, aims to accept and
train the greatest literary minds of RV—from the minds with the qualities of great leadership,
exceptional oratory skills and an iron-fisted grasp on their language; to the minds that can conjure
stories faster than a magician can conjure a live doves from silk scarves. The members of the Hindi and
English Literary club are burdened with the task to conduct and/or participate in any such literary
activities which bring laurels to our school, and these youths always manage to live upto, and
sometimes even live beyond, our expectations. Moderator of Hindi Literary Club Mrs. Aruna Sharma
guides the students to perform various presentations in Tulsi Jayanti, Dinkar Jayanti and Hindi Diwas.

Digital Club

IT SYSTEM (LIFE AND BLOOD OF MODERN SOCIETY)
With the digital age ushering in a greater need for visual content, photography business has become a
competitive and thriving industry.
IT team is a club which comprises 6-7 members who master in photography, videography, sfx creation
and all kinds of digital content creation. The team’s productivity becomes relevant with the creation of
all the introductory videos of the events organized in the school and tribute documentaries and is
determined to increase the technological literacy of the students. The IT team provides training to a set
of interested students about video editing and photo editing every year and it promotes and
encourages all the members to have a passion towards digital creativity. The members participate in
the various inter school events like Azionare, LinkUp Carnival, Probe, Atrium organized by different
schools. To add a feather to it’s achievements, the team participated in various events and brought
laurels for RV. Rahul Sharma, Devesh Raj, Ayush Karmakar, Sourav Kumar, Anupam Chakraborty and
Harsh Choudhary have put a cherry on the cake by winning prizes at various events.

While participating in the inter school events, the IT Team tries their level best to bring glory to the
school’s name.
