Setting the Scene
Despite its enormous success, sufficient aged merchandise had built up over the years to warrant a major sale event for the company. This was a two store inventory reduction sale, so careful planning and coordina- tion was necessary to maximize results. Additionally, Sartor Hamann had a stellar reputation in the state of Nebraska, which dictated careful handling and control of their prestigious brand name. The brand was well-protected and the results of the sale were outstanding.
