I am delighted to present our inaugural Lansdowne Gardens
on Wycombe newsletter and extend a warm welcome to all
residents in our stunning new Residence. Your positive
feedback on the harbour view and the seamless settling-in
process warms our hearts, fostering the family-like culture
we cherish from our old Wycombe.
Our Leisure & Lifestyle team continues to curate engaging
programs, such as the successful Pets on the Lawn event
and the vibrant Tihar festival celebration, where Nepalese
staff and residents bonded over cultural festivities. We Phil and Monty grooving to the rhythm
encourage more participation in these enriching activities
as they foster understanding and unity.
Your thoughts matter, and My Thought boxes are
conveniently located for sharing feedback and suggestions.
We value your input in shaping the Lansdowne Gardens
experience.
In staffing updates, our Wellbeing Nurse role offers holistic
support two days a week, enhancing residents' quality of
life. Our diverse team of new staff members, actively
involved in training and education, reflects our
commitment to safe, effective, and compassionate care.
